While I am working on a 4L60E trany for various issues [ separate thread in the Transmissions section],
the crankshaft seal looks like it need replacing but I am confused by an arrow on the seal:
when I place the seal as it should go [spring facing inwards] there is an arrow pointing opposite the engine rotation direction
unless I am mistaken - when the driver in the cab the engine rotate from LEFT to RIGHT of the driver?
my question do I need to worry about it?
