I have a 1993 light duty 2500 and all the wires for the 4 wheel drive have been broken off the front differential. Including the wires to the actuator. My question is this. Can I just run new wires to the actuator and to a toggle switch on the dash? And simply turn it on when I pull the lever to engage the transfer case or will running full battery voltage burn out the actuator? Thank you.
