hi i rebuilt my transmission because it was shifting hard 1st to 2nd after the rebuild it was reduced
but still shifts hard 1st to 2nd every now and then, i was told it could be a valve body is this true?

4L80e right? You did the rebuild yourself? What was replaced? Did you replace any of the valves/solenoids?

Probably needs a line pressure gauge hooked up to it. There's a service manual for the 4L80e for the military Humvees and it has a trobleshooting table that may be of some help...
