1989 fresh air door actuator part#

I can't seem to find the part number for my 1989 fresh air door actuator (recirc). If memory serves me correct, when you turn the key off the fresh air door is "supposed" to move to open to vent the cab when the truck if off. Then when AC is on medium or high that door closes to "condition" the air in the cab. My truck currently blows nice cold air from the vents, but the inside never really gets comfy (less humid).

I had to replace the mode door few months back because it wouldn't go defrost to vents, etc. Any ways, I "think" the fresh air actuator is my issue. Can't seem to find it on Rock Auto or any other place for that matter.
