Trying to stay ahead of the LS engines this time, with pre-cleaned and detailed tin wear!

Two sets of Gen 3 valve covers, one set of Gen 4 valve covers.

Gen 3 sets received GM NOS Corvette / GTO filler necks and Caps.

Gen 4 set received GM ZL1 filler with ZO6 sump cap.

Wrinkle finish is the best, especially when oven cured.

Let me tell ya'll a story.... it's a good one. How it cost me $135 to obtain 6 studs that retain the coil / engine beautification covers to an LS1/LS6.

Upon researching what held the coil covers to the engine, I found the need for 6 studs. Which unfortunately were discontinued by GM. That leaves me with the secondary market for a source.

Most guys parting out Corvettes won't sell just the studs, as the money is in the complete drivetrain sale.

Pulled the covers off of a friend's 03 ZO6 to get a working reference point.

This stupid, 7 year corvette only stud...

Browsing Marketplace and ebay came up with fairly limited resources, as most sellers list the truck coils as interchange.

Dozens of listing's later and tons of pictures reviewed, finally found the illusive Corvette coil pack assemblies. Just needing the studs, I reluctantly paid $135 shipped for a set of Corvette coils.

Look at those stupid little studs.
