I am at my end and ready to reinstall my drums..

I have a 14 bolt ff srw, i did a conversion to disc using lug nut 4x4s kit with emergency brake. The problem is the passenger side vibrates when the brake is applied. Goes away under heavy braking but light contact it just sings like its in the shower. Ive changed the pads thinking they had some oil contamination but the new pads are doing the same thing.
I really dont want to put those poorly designed wheel cylinders back in.
Any help would be appreciated

They have been very helpful. They haven't had this issue tho..

I think i may have fixed it today. I was trying to make the lazer cut brackets fit too tight causing it to not engage the disc correctly. I opened up both sides of the cailper mount bracket.. so .010" shims fit on both sides. It wasn't on the rubber in the cailper. It has stopped so far..

Is it the Step Bore 40/28.6mm or the straight 31.75mm ?

I am doing the same conversation and wondering if I should go to the NBS 34mm Disk/Disk Master.

How is your pedal feel?

Thanks
