14 bolt 6 lug question

I have a 14 bolt 6 lug rear-end in my shop I'm going to have rebuilt with 4.88 locker. Can I swap that out with my present 10 bolt and if so will my 8.25 front diff work with a 4.88 gears swap? If not what front diff equivalent would match the 14. May have to disconnect front drive line until I can get front diff setup to match. THANKS
