10 bolt to 9.5 14 bolt

I was lucky enuf to find a 14 bolt 454 SS rear axle. Its a smokin deal and I want to know if there will be any problems swapping out my ten bolt for this? Simple swap? Or pain in the butt? I just want to pull the old one, get new u-bolts and take one out and throw the other back under there.

Not sure if it's the same on the two wheel drives but on my 4x4 I needed a new U Joint too. Other than that it's a direct swap

I tore into this axle and found the cam gear for the G80 that is on the left axle gear inside the locker is missing a small section of teeth. The housing is good, the axles are good the ring and pinion is good. It has 3.73 gears. Any idea what this is worth? I can't afford to put an aftermarket locker in it right now, so I'll just resell it.

How much? Just needs a posi unit? It is a 5 lug also?
