06 Front Clip On A OBS

Alright give me some thoughts on the front clip.
I plan on doing a 12v swap,straight axle, and make it show quality. So I love these front clips but can't decide if it looks right or not

Yes!!! I love how they kept the body lines and how they carried it all the way to the bumper

Leave the 400 front, PLEASE!! Your truck is so awesome, it would be a shame to see it desecrated like that!

(in case you can't tell, I don't like switching clips on these trucks- the front end is one of the best parts about them)

It would look good, if you don't have a thick bumper. The problem with these swaps, to me, is that the GMT800 bumpers hang WAY too low to look right. And it looks stupid when the bumper is like a foot lower than the rocker panels.

They did a great job with that 2-door tahoe. It would take a ton of work i'm sure, but IMO having a different front clip and body really can get some head turns, particularly on a 2-door tahoe since they never made a GMT800 version.

I think putting the clip on any other model of GMT400 truck or SUV gets overlooked though.

No sir this truck will never be sold, just getting ideas.
I had planned on getting a 07 dirty before all the EPA got involved with diesels,so that's why this one is getting a 12v for sure
