needle help!!

Ok, I took a picture of then needles' positions before I took them off but when I put them on in the same position & turned the key on, they're way off. How do I get them back to the proper place???

1989 seat swap

I have a 1989 C1500 single cab & I would like to know if a seat from an '08 silverado will fit. I want a bench seat with a fold down console but I also want cup holders in that console.. If an '08 dsnt fit, suggestions on what will that will fit my criteria are asked for & greatly appreciated!

1989 C1500 instrument cluster

I am buying a 1989 Silverado in July & I was wondering if the factory instrument cluster can be swapped.. I just hate the looks of that one, the roll up column thing with the white bar behind it, ugh. Just a needle would be great. The instrument cluster for the 1991 Silverado is ideal if they...
