    if your heatercore isn't leaking i would flush it out first my 95 will put out around 140 out of the center dash vent next to the cup holders

    the post itself? you should be able to tighten the nut that is holding the post itself, there should be one that would be under the battery cable terminal

    it almost sounds like the alternator is never receiving the turn on signal the 11.8 volts you are seeing is more than likely the battery but that sounds low. what is the voltage at the battery? low voltage will cause a performance drop and if it gets to 9.5 or lower the computer will reset...

    my 95 tbi has 193k on it i been running fram filters and mobile clean 5000 for the last 4 years and i have never heard my truck knock even after an oil change when the light should be on during first startup, its not, and it doesn't knock mine is a 4x4 though, could that make a difference...

    i have a 95 k1500 and it only has the 1 in the y-pipe i diffinently know there is only one becuase i pulled the computer pin-out wiring schematic so i knew which wire to tap for my o2 graph i know that a 92 had it in the driver manifold
