Serpentine belt problem

I replaced my serpentine belt with a new gates belt. The new belt immediately started a clanking type sound. Researched a bit and decided to replace the tensioner and also the idler pulley. Put belt back on and the noise is still there. Odd thing is, I put the old belt back on and the clanking...

Manual to power conversion

I'm installing 99 Suburban power bucket seats into my 96 extended cab that has manual seats. What is the easiest, safest way to power the driver side seat? I don't have the power plug that is supposed to go to the power source either. Thanks for any help.
