no. it had a flat tire and the guy was just tired of messing with it after 23 years. has 293k miles and rebuilt title. we weren't going to take in so I offered him so money and we made a deal. and for 200$ I couldn't pass this up. if it does die on me or anything I could take some parts put it...

I work at a Chevy dealership so I get parts cheap, also I have a neighbor upgrading his bumblebee, he have me his intake and cam. budget wise as long as I dont order parts more than my check is I'll be fine.

Ls1 Spun bearing.

1998 LS1 Shortblock. Had spun rod bearings, 144k miles on it, needs to be rebuilt. SHORTBLOCK ONLY what do you guys think about picking this up for a new project?

nah I'm not bolting it on, decommissioning my truck for a little bit. my gf brother is gonna paint it, so we're gonna take the time to bag the rear, rebuild the block, possibly swap to 6 lug
