    FIXED!!!!!!!! Turns out the distributor was really crappy. The bushings were toast. That and a new set of wires and it's running good. Thanks everyone!

    Well in other news...I started the truck up for a friend and while it was in park, I gradually moved the throttle and it stumbled like crazy and smelled really rich.     It's actually a plug on mine that powers the entire trans. We cut the wire that powered it but it didn't help at all. It's not a plug like on a 700R.

    Stalls when at low rpm. It will burble when slowing down. The only way to keep it going is to pop into neutral and give it some revs.

    In neutral or drive it will idle all day long.

    Checked the TPS, MAP, ECT, replaced the cap and rotor (the rotor was really gunked up). Still same thing. It idles in park and neutral no problem. Give it some gas and it starts to stumble. No idea!

    Yep an auto, 4l80. It stalls after you've hit the brakes.
