To anyone who has installed a 3 gauge Pillar mount. How did you secure it to the Pillar trim? This is a Universal Mount from GlowShift which by the way fits up to the A pillar very nicely.
I could run a few screws through it or possibly use some type of adhesive. Any Suggestions would be thoughtfully considered.

The pillar one I had with my 95 pick up, it was screwed to the factory one. It came with screws and little black caps over the screw heads. It was a nice clean look. Just be sure to have it nice and tight to the trim piece behind. Last thing you need is to hit a bump or curb or Karens dog and have it fall off while trying to keep control.

My biggest head ache was the wiring and such that went behind the mount. I ended up getting another pillar molding from the wrecking yard and cutting away the areas for the wires.

Edited to add photo.

If you zoom in, you can see the screw caps at the bottom and by the first cup.

I didn’t want to see screws either so I glued it. FWIW, I got one of those GlowShift “Universal” mounts and should’ve known better. One size doesn’t fit all! Especially if you are gluing it on, fitment is everything. Spend more and get an AutoMeter. I did.

I got the Autometer one, #ATM-17101, and it had little push in pins that locked in place and were small and very tidy, just meant they broke if you had to take them out again.
