Truck extremely bouncy after lift

Hipster’s post is spot on with what you are describing. I would go back and look at it.

GM bars are left and right specific and have a front and back, are the bars installed correctly? I learned this the hard way, truck would have been at full droop with an insane amount of pressure on the bars with the bolts out. Getting them back in the correct orientation fixed this for me.

I’m not fighting droop I’m fighting bouncing around in the front end feeling like it’s extremely tight

Shocks topped out, etc, need to get it down a bit. Can look at it and see it's tall for what a 6 inch should be. What do cv angles look like? Are they back to being bad. if you're having this much trouble with a 6 " kit there's something not quite right. most times looking at a pretty factory like ride.

If the suspension is fully extended then it is at full droop.
and then the problem is lack of compression because of the increased preload, so you get bounces instead of being compliant. Shocks seem to work better when in a neutral position and not trying to work at one end.
