I recently bought a 1999 K2500 regular cab long bed and would like to lift it. I have not had any luck finding a 6 inch lift besides the rough country kit. But it says on the website that it will not fit a 99-00 regular cab truck. Is there any reason that it would not fit the regular cab?

I would ask rough country first. No demand for it? Or what is the difference?

It is an 8 lug axle. Thanks. Not in any hurry for it no. Just been looking and was confused on why it says it wouldn’t fit a regular can.

Cause they’re idiots. But it’s too confusing for most people, they don’t realize that there was 2 body styles in those years. Look up parts for a 98, no difference between 98-99-00. Too bad weren’t closer, I have a lift kit for ur truck…
