Does anyone have a source for either NOS or pristine Chevy OE wheels Appropriate for a Silverado? I’d like a set of 2003-07 wheels which have a machine finish. Most of the sellers recondition wheels and paint them. I’ll pay for a brand new set if they exist, or if not, maybe there are wheel shops that can do the same machine finish as the factory did. Any ideas are greatly appreciated! Thanks.

There’s a handful of places that sell reproductions. 03-07 MIGHT still be available from the OEM. Which wheels specifically are you looking for?

I found a nice set off an Escalade on Craig's list. Order from factory might be $$$$$$. By law the Original Manufacturer is only Required to supply/ support for Seven read 7 years from manufacturing date. That's why a lot of parts are "NLA or no longer available".
So your money your choice beware sticker shock from factory.
GM has come out with a lot of nice , great looking wheels in the last 30 years. I'd like a set of the 20 " for my Tahoe.
Good luck!

Thanks for the ideas. At this point I’m only interested in OEM real deal GM wheels. My 96 K1500 has wheels from a 2003-07 Silverado and I like them. I‘d say mine are a 7 out of 10 which a few imperfections. I’m hoping to find a set that’s close to perfect.

I’ve been looking on EBay, Craigslist and wherever Google leads me. So far I’ve found reproduction wheels and restored wheels which all seem to be repainted, not machined as original. I’ll keep looking!

Here’s the wheel:

There are wheel shops around that do that finish. check for people that do Corvette wheel refinishing. as good as thoae look you could have them refinished. https://www.factorywheeloutlet.com/factory-wheel-outlet-services/
I took the truck to the wheel repair shop who works on wheels for Porsche San Diego and all they could do was repaint vrs remachine back to original finish. Even though the wheels look pretty good in the photos there are a few chip and dings in the surface plus there appears to be some chemical etching (or discoloration) that led them to that conclusion. It’s a great idea to seek out what the Corvette crowd does and to contact some more wheel restoration places. I have a few early Porsche 911’s and there are a few shops that restore those forged aluminum wheels (except you may need to wait a year!). I‘ll ask those guys too. Thanks for the tip.
