I have a 91 GMC Sierra that is a regular cab with the sliding rear window. The left corner got knocked out the other day, and I got a used one piece rear window today out of another truck. How hard is it going to be to replace the sliding window? I already have the adhesive for it.

It's not hard at all. I replaced my sliding rear window to a 1 piece about 6 months ago. Just get a very sharp blade and go around the edge of the window from the inside. You will feel it loosening up as you go. Once you have the window out just clean up some of the old urethane. Clean any rust around the pinch weld too. Test fit your new glass to make sure it fits properly before you put on urethane. After i put my glass in I used 2 2x4's with a towel on the glass to apply pressure on the glass to keep it tight against the opening. Use some blue painters tape as well.
