According to Wholesale GM Parts Online, ACDelco RapidFire part number 19308033 are the plugs spec'd by GM for a '96 454.

For gap go with .045 instead of the called for .060. I don't have the link handy, but one of the rv companies tested it on a chassis dyno & it was worth a few whp. Plus smoother idle
