Which Spark plugs and gap for 96 L29 454??

Need to do a tune up on the new beast and there's tooooo much info and variables. Just want a good dependable plug for 96 stock 454, thanks for any and all help guys! Im hearing good things about ac Delco iridium plugs?

For gap go with .045 instead of the called for .060. I don't have the link handy, but one of the rv companies tested it on a chassis dyno & it was worth a few whp. Plus smoother idle
