So, I’m getting tired of continually cutting chunks out of my bumper to clear my tires, so I’m going to build one. I’m going to use the stock bumper brackets and go from there. I want to keep stock profile with a slimmed up prerunner look I guess, I took all my measurements and I’m going to start fabricating tomorrow.

Good looking truck... have you looked into Move bumpers?
I think they’re sweet and worth the price

Look into Move bumpers. They have slim bumpers, and in less you have access to free steel n brakes to bend it, cheaper n easier to go with Move. Hopefully putting some on my tundra....

The steel is free cause it’s at school, my senior welding teacher let me have some diamond plate, so the steel is free

I finished welding that center piece up solid and cleaning it up, now just need to do the rest, I tried the cardboard method and it worked pretty good in figuring out all the angles and cuts

Excellent use of CAD (cardboard aided drafting). Any plans to add some deer resistant DOM tubing? I'm also curious where the bumper begins to taper back? Can you snap a shot from the top looking down to illustrate that?
