I finally got a chance to pull the truck into the shop ans I swapped out all the plugs which appeared normal according to the chart in this thread and I also changed the plug wires I found burn...
It's cat delete but I haven't had a chance to look at it we have had some weather and the shop is full so it will have to wait but I'm gonna start with the plugs and see how they look.

They sell the roller pin by its self we have them in our clip supply drawers at the shop.
the ones we use need to be tack welded in place and then painted to prevent further corrosion.
