Hello everyone I own a 89 c1500 5.7 tbi motor. I've owned for a little over a few years and every since I bought it the truck would take awhile to start(long cranking) and sometimes it will die on its own. So far I've replaced the coolant temp sensor(next to thermostat),FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR,IAC,EGR VALVE,MAP SENSOR,FUEL FILTER AND CAP,ROTOR,PLUGS. And it still has a long crank and still dies occasionally. It never dies when I'm driving.just if I'm parked letting the truck idle. I've also check my fuel injectors and those seem to be spraying Ok so my next step is to check the fuel pressure. I DONT HAVE ANY CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS.Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks-john.ON A SIDE NOTE THERES A GREEN WIRE UNPLUGED NEAR THE RELAY BLOCK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FIREWALL
