Thanks! Yes there's no wiring running to the switch on the dash, I'd love to wire it back up but I have no idea where to start!

I've installed a few of those years back at my old job... It looks like the same manufacturer I used to install judging by the switch.
If that's the case, I drew up something on MSpaint for you to go by. Don't be jealous of my mad artistic skills

2 wires come from the regulator motor. (+) and (-). If they aren't labeled/colored it really shouldn't matter which goes to which. If you wire it up and when you push left on the button and it goes right - just switch the two around and that should fix it.

On the switch (the lower square - I forgot to label it) I think there were 5 connections. The outer two are the + and - from the regulator motor. The next two inside connections are both grounds, and the center will be your fused power coming from the battery or some other power source.

So I went to go pull the $160 5spd donor truck home....brakes went completely out in the donor truck...I didn't want to drive the rest of the way pulling it with my buddy in that truck with no brakes. So we end up calling a kid that my buddy just sold his LED light bar to, so now this kid comes and hooks up to the back of the donor truck to be our brakes and we now have a train of trucks going down the road. We managed to get home safely though hahaha

You are definitely right, a car trailer is an investment I would love to be able to make.

Well the wagon wheels I have now are bent and shake like a mother on the highway. So I picked up a different set of them. They're not perfect by any means but the guy said they didn't shake at all. I'll be cleaning them up and straightening out the dings the best I can, then getting them mounted with the 35's I have now. Also man these tires are bald!!! At least the alignment was right on lol

Also I started pulling parts off the '89. Can you get the pedals out without removing the dash?

Well I suppose I should update this since I have literally nothing in this thread! I pulled the transmission out of my '89 5spd donor truck and to my dismay it has a large crack on the bellhousing... So I'm going to see if the welding ship in town can weld an aluminum bellhousing....

Other than that I've just been driving it, I have to say I'm impressed with the ole 5.7tbi.... It easily smokes 35's with 3.73's!

Also I should be getting these chrome wagon wheels mounted up soon if I ever get around to it!

Also my sister has a '99 Silverado with a rusted crumbled frame and I'm trying to convince her to let me buy the engine from it!!! Then I can do the 5.3 and 5 speed swap at the same time and not have to worry about tuning my TBI ECU for a 5spd

I see people say this and makes me wonder what the hell is wrong with my truck. Even with 33s, full exhaust, headers, Intake and a 91 BB tune with 100% tm removed, my truck couldn't even chirp the tires. Now with 35s... Not a chance.
