Certainly could be made to work, especially since a CTS wheel was made l work. I want a 2010 camaro wheel in mine.

Z24 is similar and also bolts on as is, but diameter is a bit smaller.

The results would suck because it will eventually peel or come off on your hands.

Little know fact is that oem leather is actually painted, not dyed. Its a special paint though.

Ive still got that eurosport wheel out in the garage somewhere if you want it. Its not leather so I'll let it go cheap if you want it...

98+ steering wheels are a direct bolt on for 95-97 GMT400s. You will have to swap the clockspring as the airbag plug is different between the years.

My 99 Silverado K2500. Had a no airbag, installed 98+ wheel, airbag and clockspring (airbag was not connected) so I could have audio controls.

Just for good measure, my OEM wheel (yes, the yellow is a legit GM item) in my 02 GMT800 with audio controls added.

That yellow wheel is awesome!!! Would be sweet black/red. Did any of the 98+ wheels come in black?

Nope, they are the same dark grey.

They also made the same package my 02 has in green. Green steeringwheel too. Only colors available though.

Oh the things I find that GM did. For whatever reason, 99-02 trucks had so many options that many people overlook. Some were model specific but I can add them all!
