I paid $4,500.00 for a 96 with 46,000.
$11,000 for one with 271k is, at least to me, outrageous. Never hurts to look though.

Yup, he's definitely dreaming. We paid $4900 for Rawhide, with 120,000 miles on a just as clean inside 1997, that's twice the truck.....body on my truck is not perfect but it doesn't need to be. It's a work truck. As long as it's mechanically sound, that's the important part.
