Big 3 upgrade complete, still need to drive around and test if it fixed the issue of struggling to start after engine as warmed up. I suspect its the starter motor getting weak after being heated up

black door panel replacements ordered
chrome door handle and trim ordered
serpentine belt ordered
tail lights and 3rd brake light ordered, smoked LED, RZ lights
130 police cluster ordered

steering wheel ready, i didnt bother with replacing the switch LEDs, just want to get the dash in, maybe some other time

These things are amazing, highly recommend, its solders and seals all in one, no solder iron needed, no splicing, no crimping, just need heat gun

New door panels arrived, previous owner chopped up window mounting bracket to fit bigger speaker, looks like its back to the junkyard to find set,

Must’ve been one big speaker. Did it leak water into the cab?

You should’ve done body color D pillars since you’re already painting them! They and whole rear end look so much better having them body color and just helps give that lil extra when you sit back and look at it.
I bought mine off eBay years ago from a junked one but it makes a big difference in overall look! just few pics to show you
