later when we fixed it and was driving when the temp gauge went up and the warning light came on. Filled the empty coolant bottle with water and put it in the radiator. Drove it home and still was going up and didn’t overheat. No smoke from engine and didn’t smell like coolant. It was probably air in the system but idk for sure.
