Sounds like the pushrods on those 2 valves are clogged. I know back in the day, 454s were bad about eating valve guides. Knew several guys that ran straight 40wt. oil in theirs, even 50wt in the summer. As mentioned earlier in this thread, as the engine wears, the tolerances are not as close as they were when it was new. So the oil pressure will be lower too. I use 10w40 in my 5.7 vortec Burb, and according to the gauge it made a little difference in the oil pressure.
Maybe an engine flush is in your future?

You have an excuse to tear it down. No oil on two rockers is bad news.
You could see if the rocker travel is the same on that bank. You might find it isn't. Could be trashed lifters.
Shove a small pencil magnet into the pan drain plug hole and see what sticks. Might be surprising.
You cannot operate the engine with dry rocker balls. They'll destroy the cam. Probably already has.
The engine has a lot of issues.

Rebuild, 0411, heads (need to take .600" valve travel), cam (zz502), MSD, 30-ish pound injectors, shorty headers, walbro 255 with an inline areomotive FPR, and a better flowing exhaust would really be sweet.

Be careful with heads if you wish to keep your accessories. Bolt patterns vary. Vortec BB heads are good for torque. Good heads period.

Any easy mods to get more flow out of them?
