Bought my two door 1 year or so ago, just bought it because I've always like that body style and I had just sold my dodge 2500 so I needed a new ride. The maintenance was kept up on it, the guy was against vaccumming and washing from the way it looked when i bought it LOL.

Has 5.7 vortec 175k when i bought it, had a slight oil leak and A/C leak.

What I've done:
VACCUMED!! LOL
Paint
demolded
changed all the fluids and did a tune up
Replaced oil filter adapter o-rings
New wheels and tires (265/75/15 wish i would of went bigger)
Clear headlights with 6k HIDS
Painted the grill to match the truck
painted both bumpers and fender wells
Sprayed undercoat on the frame and a couple other parts
Put rockford Pro 6.5s in the front doors
American Bass SQ 6s in the rear roof
Red Leds in gauge cluster
Resonator delete
Cat delete, with true dual exhaust to glasspacks out the back to 22" Tips

Future things to do:
Ditching the 15s and getting Rockstar 18s (either black or machined)
Put black carpet and black headliner in
Fiberglassed doors (already in the works 4 8s per door)
Cowl Hood
and more just have to head to work

still got the old rims? Those are the ones I'm looking to put on my 93 Blazer :)

I like the work you've done... can you show some interior shots and/or talk more about the back speakers (one of my next upgrades).

Haha. Cool! I just saw your thread on TYF. Welcome aboard!!!

Any plans for the interior? I gotta say, I don't think I could live with the red.

Thanks, as of right now I'm just going to transform it slowly, the fiberglass doors are gonna be grey vinyl, I figure when I do the black carpet and either grey suede or black headliner that will break it up some, until I figure something out

And James a quick and simple summary for the rear roof speakers.

Unscrew the piece that runs across the rear roof (plastic piece)
then unscrew and remove your c pillar plastic (only upper ones no need to remove lowers)
(Remove and unplug your rear speakers)
Pull the headliner down carefully just enough where you can see the two screws on each holding the brackets up
Remove and wiggle the brackets out from under the headliner
I then drew out on the bracket where I needed to cut out for the 6" speaker, put a metal blade in my jigsaw and went to work
Took me a whole 30 mins start to finish
