Here's the plow on my old truck. We had a hell of a winter here back in 14-15, and it did very well then. Last year was so mild, I hooked it up and plowed one time. Before I got this plow, I ha d a 94 k2500 with a meyers plow, but the truck had pretty bald tires, and a host of other issues which eventually led to me selling the damn thing instead of dumping loads of money into it just to make it work reliably. As long as this truck can make it up an down my driveway, i'll be happy. The manual swivel wasn't much of an issue for me, because I could just turn it one direction and make it work without getting out and moving it.

Got the hitch installed this morning, and just as I was finishing up, UPS pulled in and delivered the light bar. I used the no f*cks given approach and screwed 2 self tappers right through the roof. There is a toggle switch on the dash already that doesn't appear to go anywhere, so i'll wire it into that at some point.

Yeah, I spent more time trying to clean the mud out of the frame horns than I actually did installing the hitch!
I cobbed up the wiring for the light bar with some old speaker wire, and it works! I'll have to wait for a few more hours to see how it actually does.

Ive done the same lol. Me and some friends had a fire one night and an old combine tire made its way onto the fire. It also took all the plastic trim on my bumper. But that was the very first vehicle i owned and i thought it was indestructible lol. (95 ranger)

I don't know why but I love taking pictures of this thing. Maybe because it's so mint.
