Those are usually just Arrowcraft kits; adapters, fenders, instant gainess.

Hmmm maybe on second thought I'm wrong. Looks like Arrowcraft just has SRW to DRW 8 lug setups, maybe they used to do 6'ers, dunno. Someone did/does. Used to see these a bunch, now just every few months or so one pops up. This one has got to be one of the most craptacular though.
