Wiper linkage cleanout?

If you don't want to remove the drains you should still be able to snake a vacuum hose in the cowl and get the debris out. Try using and air hose blow gun while you vacuum, just watch your eyes.

I used a pressure washer to clean out the lower fender aeras. I had the vents out this summer and cleaned all that and bought new wiper motor and linkage as well. They were making a lot of noise and wanted it quiet. That cowl area is also sealed with a caulk down inside, I wonder how one would deal with that if you started having leaks. It would be very hard to get to and you probably couldnt reach all of it.
