Will these seats fit?

So I came across an 05 1500 crewcad. It has the tow leather buckets with the fold down center console. My question is how hard would it be to put these in my 95 ext cab. I have the leather all power seats if that makes a difference. Thank you

I've done it. Gotta drill holes but they fit and are awesome. Hard to get all the bolts in.... I just ran 3 per side
