Which gears would be best?

I've got a 95 silverado I'm running 35/12.5r15 tires with stock 3.42 ratio. I don't haul much but I do drive on the highway and plan on making a couple beach trips this coming summer. I'd like to get as close as possible back to stock mpg. I see alot of guys talk about 4.11 and 4.56 gears on here so what would be the best fit for my situation?

Don't fear the gear, go with the 4.56. That would put you at 2100 RPM at 70 MPH, assuming you have the 4L60E.

4.10 gears are what I have on mine. 17.5 mpg @ 65 mph
