Just want to get some opinions. I currently have longtube headers, with 24" glasspacks, true dual. I was a tad bit lazy in the fab work, and decided to dump the pipes just short of the bed.

So as you can assume the sound is beginning to become bothersome, and I am considering adding an X, in addition to extending the pipes to the rear axle. Who has done this and where have you found to be the easiest place to install the X-pipe?

We install them where the factory muffler was. With the huge muffler gone, you have room for the x pipe and almost any other muffler to fit nicely.

Mine's pretty close to where the factory cat was. I have some cutouts installed right after the X pipe. for those times I feel like turning up the volume. :D
