My 97 2 door came from the factory with Smokey caramel metallic paint. I haven’t been able to find anything that matches in auto parts stores, so does anyone know of a close alternative or an exact match for somewhat cheap?

Looks like you have to go to a automotive paint store and get some cans made up. ( WA 333D or code 65 )

That is just base coat, you will need some Y2K Clear to top coat.

Duplicolor does not make a Prefect Match touch up for that color.

Take your year and paint code to an autody supply store that can put it a spray can.
Call them first and see if they can do it that day
Take a sample if you have one.
They can do single stage or base/ clear
About 25 bucks a can up here and took two hours.
