Wheels and tires backspace and offset

Hey guys I have a 96 z71 k1500. I'm at the point where I have the money to buy wheels and tires. I'm looking at the 7031 pro comp series with the 6x5.5 bolt pattern and 17x9 wheel size. They have a 4.75in backspace. Of course I'd like my tires and wheels to stick out from the wheel well a little bit but I'm having a rough time calculating anything. If anyone has any tips or answers or advice please post! Thank you very much. PS I'm also going to 33inch tires so I think 285/70r17s.
