Will the newer 8 lug aluminum wheels that have center cap with lug covers fit 90 C2500?

not if that c2500 has 6 lug axles.

Yes it has 8 lug axles. I asking cause I read somewhere the newer wheels on the 99-present dont fit 88-98 trucks.

Yes they fit, I have several friends with them on their truck's, and I had a set of nbs 8 lug center cap's with the screw on cap's on my 8 lug hummer wheel's on my 94 1 ton.
