Wheel Question

Im looking to get these wheels

the wheel tech said that the offset was not right and that the wheels might need some spacers. Is this true?
In the Fitament section it does mention 88-99 Suburban 1500, which is why I figured these wheels would fit with no problem.
Offset=31
Hubsize=78.1

Are there any other places that I can find some wheels at?

I found some on craigslist, see link, third from top.

They fit perfectly, I am so geeked, and the tires are GTG. Paid 600
I did excellent according to the site's price.
