What to do with gun during flash time?

The primer I'm using has a 10 minutes flash time. And recommends 2-4 coats. Primer has a 1 hour pot life.
What to I do with my gun during the flash time. I can't clean it in 10 minutes. And it would suck to clean my gun five time just to spray for about one hour.
I would think some paint will dry in the cup and on the tip within that 1hour pot life.
What do real painter do with their guns during flash times?

You will be fin . It cant sit still for an hr. You will be moving it every 10 min.
