What kind of bench seat is this?

I've never seen a bench seat like this in a GMT400. This is my truck and I'm certain its the OEM original seat as the upholstery matches the rear and this truck is a low mile survivor with only 72K miles on it.

I can't seem to find a pic of another GMT400 with a similar style seat online.

The truck is a 1998 C3500 Crewcab w/ Silverado pkg. Have you seen this style bench seat / do you know which package option this is?

I wonder how you go about GETTING a set of those seats. Their website doesn't list any prices or shipping info.
