Was there a topper on your truck at one time? Looks like a connector for a 3rd brake light.

I bought the truck from a lot a few years ago and it didn't have a topper. That being said though there are a bunch of hole in the bed rail that may have secured one so I'll go with the third brake light. With all the IRS letters I've been getting here lately I wouldn't doubt Odufus is spying on me, now you all are accomplices! Thanks!
