warning buzzers on 1990

Did this year come with ones for leaving the lights on and seat belts ? If so mine aren't working. What do I need to repair these ?

Warning buzzer for lights on, key in ignition. Black box plugged into convenience center under dashboard. Probably has been removed; boneyard another if it's missing.

You were right , I am missing the relay. Anybody know the part number for a 1990? I don't know when I will have time to get to the bone yard .
