Warn Zeon 8k winch for sale/trade

I have a brand new never used Warn Zeon 8,000 lb winch for sale or trade. Part #88980 winch has never been taken out of the box but the box is open. All the parts are there. Online at 4wheelparts.com the winch sells for $849 with free shipping plus a $100 mail in rebate. I am asking $750 obo but I will not ship it because it weighs 90+lbs. The winch is located in Vancouver WA but I am regularly in Portland OR for work so I could deliver if needed. I would be willing to trade for either a set of front and rear Toyota truck solid axles, front Chevy Dana 60 or Early kingpin or bj style Ford Dana 60. I don't have any pics at this time but can take some if needed.
