So after some poking around the distributor and wires I found a the #1 wire resting on the manifold and arcing. When I picked it but is fell apart. So I'll replace the wire and see how it's goes. Also my check engine bulb seems to be gone it does not come on during bulb check or when pulling codes.

If you dont have a CEL at key on and you dont have a 12 count with terminals A and B linked you are chasing your tail
Could be the bulb.
But you cant do a thing untill you establish a data connection to the ECM.
Thats how they work.

**SOLVED**
Replaced the broken wire and the truck runs like a top now. Can't believe I missed that.

Must have been sitting on the manifold a while.

No stuttering and shifts well.

Thanks for the help!!!

Check all of your fuses before you yank it apart to get at the bulb. Your OBD1 port shares a fuse with some stupid circuit that I dont recall. Interior lights? Cig lighter?
I just dont remember but Im sure somebody here does.
And not just a visual, use a meter and check continuity.
No OBD port, no light
