I'm guessing vortec since upper dand lower.
Lower
Step 1: 27 inch lbs
Step 2: 106 inch lbs
Step 3: 11 ft lbs
Upper
44 inch lbs
88 inch lbs

Same for 4.3,5.0,and 5.7
