turn signal wires 99 yukon

I'm installing new tow mirrors, and I know that a light blue is drivers, and dark blue is riders turn signals.
question is are those 2 light/dark blue wires just under the dash, are these the signal wires or do I need to remove the panel trim that runs under the steering to get to them???
I had tow mirrors, but no turn signals on them.

Not sure if this will help, but the front turn signal connector (C102) is at the driver firewall, kind of under the brake booster. The other side of that is the convenience center mounted near the parking brake.
