Turn signal trouble

my turn signal started to act up yesterday. whenever i use the right turn signal, it hyperflashes. all the bumper/park lights flash but nothing in the rear flashes when i turn on the right turn signal. all bulbs in the back work, but they will not flash when the right turn signal is on. the left turn signal works perfectly fine, just the right. i also have a tailgate LED bar plugged into the trailer wire plug and it will not flash when the right turn signal is on either.

can someone help point me in the direction of what i need to check or replace?
