truck has issues only when ac is on

i turned my a/c on today and my truck started idling funny u get out of the truck and go to the exhaust and it sounds like it is cammed shut the a/c off and it idles normal there is no ses light on i cant figure it out

Well the compressor engaging creates drag on the system, requiring a higher idle. Is it idleing rough with it on or just higher?
